Accept or Refine the Referral. You will receive HLE 's Memorandum of Confirmation, which states the consultant's rates and the terms of HLE consulting's agreement with you. We'll follow up to check on the status of the referral and the project. Should you decide that you require different or additional consultants, we will restart the process free of charge.
